MainResponsibilities :

  • Generateenquiries, follow-up and book orders for projects as per the targetset by the division.
  • The accurate completionof monthly management reports covering all activities.
  • Following up on current leads, opportunities and keyaccounts.
  • Manage clients effectively andcreate good prospects.
  • Create & updatereports for cross specification among various salesdivisions.
  • Identify qualified prospects andleads.
  • Achieve sales / gross margin targetsset by the management on monthly, quarterly and annual basis byactivities mentioned below.
  • Generating salesenquiries on monthly basis so as to achieve order satisfactorybooking strike rate of enquiries quoted every month based onassigned sales target.
  • Generate business leadsfor upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to keydeveloper / consultant & contractors.
  • Maintain good rapport with key clients, leadingconsultants and contractors. Research market in terms of currentjobs in hand, current projects under design, current projects ontender stage.
  • Interact and engage withcustomers for information / feedback related tocompetitor’s pricing / products proposed.
  • Understand and analyze the customer needs.
  • Maintain comprehensive knowledge of building materialproducts, market intelligence, industry trends and competition inthe assigned territory.
