Oversight of teaching and learning regarding :
Adherence to the timetable in a punctual and professional manner, including the provision of Substitute Lessons when required.
Reference to curriculum with aligned schemes of work, planning, and assessment alignment to subsequent instruction.
Monitoring the learning through formative and summative assessments as per the assessment schedule. Ensure assessments are moderated, reviewed, timely, relevant and authentic and provide a range of questions for all levels.
Responsible for assessment analysis, uploads and subsequent forward planning.
Timely and high quality reporting for parents and attendance at all scheduled and ad hoc parent meetings.
Supporting the inclusive policy of progress for all students through providing a range of learning approaches for low attainers and tangibly different activities for high attainers.
Ensuring familiarity and pro-active strategies with the School Development Plan especially the goals and indicators relevant to the teacher.
Lead the process of assessment review, ensuring all assessments are analysed, digitized and used for forward planning.
Contribute to a culture where students enjoy coming to school; where the environment is safe and the behavior policy is effectively implemented in a positive manner.
Promote a high-performing culture through building higher expectations from parents and students.
Identify and encourage co-curricular and cross-curricular opportunities and options for links to the real world.

Bachelor Degree in Education ( English, science, Math). Primary Teaching Level, 4 years of experience as homeroom Teacher, Female applicants.
