Role : Change & Transformation Officer Location : Dubai, UAE Duration : 24 Months ROLE PURPOSE : To effectively participate the Operations change and transformation process, managing operational readiness for project launches, creating and communicating change messages related to new projects, initiatives, process changes, service enhancements including creation and editing of internal newsletters and comms, electronic notifications for internal / external customers and publishing internal & external updates through various communication portals.
To regularly track and monitor project KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) to achieve project goals and commitments as per approved business case To work and collaborate with Marketing team to support strategic communications cascading the process changes, new services and service enhancements to internal and external customers helping prepare collaterals ensuring effective communication.
Key Responsibilities : Liaise with project leads and agree on project KPIs and thereafter monitor and track post project completion Manage operational readiness of project launches across teams to ensure seamless execution and launch Schedule, write, review and publish recurring operational communications sharing changes and updates on a regular basis.
Create clear, concise, and engaging communications that effectively communicate to employees’ key updates, changes in the organization and the impact.
Perform writing, proofing, design, and distribution of content Maintain & support with key Ops communication through multiple channels Develop effective relationships with key stakeholders and work collaboratively with project teams to identify the changes, document them and manage the delivery of the critical changes.
Publish the content effectively through visual, text and multimedia engagement. Results Required : Seamless project launch into BAU mode Ensuring full operational readiness as per requirement to embed the new changes in the team Internal newsletter creation with all round coverage of department / organization wide changes through verbal and graphic design-oriented communication.
Ownership of project change communications portfolio Efficient and timely publishing of changes and project updates to the relevant audience Interacting with partners, documenting the changes, and highlighting, capturing the criticality and impact of the changes effectively.
Interaction and collaboration with marketing teams to engage in effective communications throughout the organization and actively involving in the change and impact discussions to convey the employees’ benefits both in written and graphical modes of communication.
