1 JOB DESCRIPTION a Minimum requirements Male candidate with a Techno commercial profile Fluent in written spoken English with knowledge of Arabic being an added advantage University Degree in Electronics with a techno-

commercial profile Good knowledge of electronic security products with a successful track record within the industry Existing close contacts in the UAE with key clients such as Hotel developers Hotel chains Architects Security Consultants Civil and MEP Contractors etc Preferred min 5 years experience in dealing with the same range of products i e Electronic Hotel Locks Electronic Access Control Electronic safes etc UAE driving license b Key Responsibilities To develop and manage the Electronic Access Control Electronic Security Department and to identify markets to develop existing and new products as per the markets requirements The marketing and sale of Electronic Security Electronic Access Control and other related products and services To develop products to capitalize fully the Electronic Security market and develop competitive and sustainable relationships with manufacturers and suppliers To Identify marketing opportunities by identifying customer s requirements defining market competitor s share and competitor s strengths and weaknesses forecasting projected business establishing targeted market share To initiate and coordinate the development of action plans to penetrate new markets and increase enhance the product range having synergy with existing product range To ensure active presentation of the Company s product line to potential Customers Institutional Customers Security Consultants and Hotel chains and get specified on their projects and works To organize visits presentation and demonstration of the Company s product line to Government Semi Government organizations and get specified on their projects and works To formulate business plans and sales strategies to ensure active and regular contact and coverage of institutions and individuals for their projects and requirements To prepare ONITY specifications for consultants and Hotel chains To attain and maintain business relationships with key accounts by making regular periodic visits exploring specific needs and anticipating new opportunities To develop train guide and manage a sales-

team and work towards the achievement of the Companys goals and sales targets
