of General Accountant

1-Documents financialtransactions by entering account information.

2-Substantiates financial transactions by auditing documents.

3-Reconciles financial discrepancies by collecting andanalyzing account information.

4-Secures financialinformation by completing data base backups.

5-Maintains financial security by following internalcontrols.

6-Prepares payments by verifyingdocumentation, and requesting disbursements.

7-Preparesspecial financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizingaccount information and trends.

8-Prepares asset,liability, and capital account entries by compiling and analyzingaccount information.

9-Visits the bank daily for telextransfer / deposits and other request.

10-Consolidatebank statements on monthly basis.

11-Administer allbank transactions and oversee data recording proceduresmonthly.

12-Monitor account reconciliation, tax andcalculations inclusive of cost accounting plus factory datarecording processes.
