We are urgently looking for Property Executive for Abu Dhabi location. 1-2 years of experience working in Property Management or Leasing experience.

Roles & Responsibility : 1. Maximise occupancy with minimum turnaround time. 2. Meet prospective & current customer to deal with any issue or queries relating to the renting the property - ensuring customer satisfaction.

3. Respond promptly to all enquiries either by email, phone call or voicemail. 4. Arrange for the joint move in / move out inspection with the tenant.

5. Carryout regularly property inspection and report it to Assistant Property Manager. 6. Notifying FM for the inspection dates for the forthcoming vacant units.

7. Ensure all the information in the CRM is accurate & updated. Job Types : Full-time, Permanent Salary : Up to AED13,000.00 per month
