Join our Digital Marketing team, as the Head of Social Media you will be workingto develop robust, integrated social media strategies that drive engagement andadvocacy for Yas Island Theme Parks, Yas Island destination and other YasIsland assets and attractions.
In this role you will develop and leadthe Farah Experiences in-house social media agency to innovate and setworld-class standards for social media marketing.
Youwillwork closelywiththe BrandMarketingteam,PublicRelations, Digital Marketing and Customerserviceteamsto ensure that social media plansare effectively integrated into brand marketing and paid media efforts, as wellas leverage any potential earned and owned media opportunities.
Developand execute the social media strategy through competitive research, platformdetermination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification.
Own thedevelopment of a strategic social media marketing plan and its associatedbudget across campaigns and channels.
Lead the Content Development team with the goalto find fast, creative and efficient ways to build, execute and measureinnovative social media marketing plans that connect with guests, maximiseengagement and create sharing, talk value and brand advocacy.
Lead the development and direct theimplementation of a wide range of content forms, including video, text, stillimagery, animation, live action and other content forms that best utilize thetechnology available on any given social media / digital platform.
Manageall Farah Experiences Social Media accounts with strong interpersonal andcommunication skills to finesse delicate client relationships while driving theagency to produce its best results.
Manage the content development relationshipswith Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Tiktok, Snapchat and otherprimary / key partnerships.
Developpartnerships and productive working relationships with theme park operations,Guest Experiences and Yas Concierge and other related stakeholders tobuild / leverage networking opportunities and integrate into strategic andtactical planning.
Provideinspirational and creative and thought leadership on ways to reach and gainattention of target audiences.
Adopt adata driven culture within the account team by capturing and analyzing socialmedia data insights and metrics, so providing the roadmap and direction for futurecampaigns.
Manageexternal agencies including the media and Influencer agency to drive positivesocial media objectives
Build,lead and manage a team of talented professionals.
To be considered for this role, you will need :
Bachelor degree in digital marketing or a related field
Minimum 5 years leading a high performing social and digital communications team
Proven project management and organizational skills
Advanced knowledge and understanding of social mediaand networking platforms and monitoring suite suppliers
Strong communication skills and experience ofbusiness strategy and development
Cable of prioritizing a demand workload and tight timelines
Highly collaborative; skilled at workingcross-functionally to drive results
Positive, self-motivated leader who can inspireothers to rise to new challenges.
High energy and adaptable strategic thinker who canmulti-task with attention to detail.
