To direct the day to dayadministration of Station activities and supervise the movement andmanning of operations with respect to pilots, riggers, supportservices such as workshop and diving services, aiming ateffective and safe fulfillment of clients'requirements.
Key Result Areas :
Review on a daily basis the timetables for tug movementand other related aspects such as manning for pilot activities,riggers, workshop etc.
And ensure all activities areadequately covered through required number of personnel.
Scrutinize leave rosters and make decisions in case of anyemergency requests for leave and corresponding adjustmentsto be made to the roster.
Ensure the manning ofclient operations as per contract requirements and assign personnelwith requisite valid certificates to theses duties Ensure that thenecessary client documentation is completed accurately andon time.
Resolve any personnel issue or problemsthat may arise on the Station on a day to day basis, discussingcritical or serious issues with senior for finaldecisions.
Ensure due induction, familiarizationand training of new personnel by offeringcoordination support and monitoring theimplementation.
Ensure compliance with safetyrequirements in day to day operations and participate inconduct of internal audits for SMS / HSE at the station.
Maintain daily contact with Masters of Company vessels andprovide advice or answers to their queries.
Monitor port controller and watch tower activities, andtake stock of daily load of operations to planeffectively.
Ensure timely completion ofpaperwork and formalities, in conjunction with Head OfficeMaintenance Section, to update documentation of vessels in linewith Lloyd's standards.
Reviewdaily data and prepare periodic reports on aspects such as nonconformities, compliances with standards, etc.
Guide, direct and motivate subordinates to workeffectively and perform to their bestpotential.
