Job Description and Requirements

Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Ensure that the whole recruitment process is done in a more systematic and timely manner
  • To arrange meetings / interviews on behalf of the Director of HR / Manager and prepare necessary papers prior to the Interviews / meetings
  • Maintain an up to date master file with all copies of all the signed contracts with the recruitment companies / website / agencies
  • Preparation and updating of vacant positions list and hiring process accordingly
  • Positing all vacant positions on the hotel website and any other such sources dealt by the hotel
  • Accurately, record application submitted to the department, preparing applications for short listing, assist in organization of interviews and contacting candidates regarding the outcome of their application where appropriate
  • Qualification

  • Consistency of hotel’s standards of performance
  • Availability and accuracy of employee records
  • Ensures fair and uniform treatment of staff takes place in HR Office, staff housing, cafeteria and recreational areas
