Ensures guest and employee satisfaction and maximizes the financial performance of the department.What you’ll do :

  • Maintaining Guest Services and Front Desk Goals
  • Supporting Management of Front Desk Team
  • Ensuring Exceptional Customer Service
  • Managing Projects and Policies
  • Supporting Human Resource Activities
  • Additional Responsibilities What we’re looking for :
  • High school diploma, GED or equivalent degree; 1 year experience in the guest services, front desk, or related professional area.OR
  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major; no work experience required.
  • Great storytelling skills
  • Positive outlook and outgoing personality This role requires the ability to move and lift up to 25 lbs. Standing, sitting or walking for extended periods of time and ensuring a professional appearance in a clean uniform are also required.
