Job Details :

  • Provide L1 support for service delivery teams and resolve technical issues.
  • Proactively managing our client's IT environments.
  • Provide onsite support at client locations on behalf of service delivery teams and resolve technical issues.
  • Take ownership of your assigned clients, and ensure we deliver excellence in customer service.
  • Conducting problem management to ensure the root cause of issues is addressed.
  • Maintain and administer systems, which includes Desktops (Windows OS), Microsoft Office suite, basic printing and Windows server support.
  • Also includes end user support and liaising with 3rd party vendors as needed.

    Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science / Computer Engineering.
  • At least 2 years in a similar role is essential : Microsoft - Windows Server, O365, Windows 7-1, Active Directory, Exchange, VMWare and Virtualization support.
  • Proven ability to work across teams, and to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and staff.
  • Ability to work autonomously.
  • Assertive communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively over the phone, interpersonally and written.
  • Good time management, strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Extensive hands-on experience troubleshooting support issues across numerous enterprises is essential.
