Male, below 40 years old only
Degree holder in Pastry or any relevant training
At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably from a 4 / 5-star in Hotels / FnB outlets
Direct and administer the planning, preparation and production control of pastry section
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and baking techniques
Creative and innovative in menu development
Strong leadership skills and ability to lead a multi-cultural team
Excellent communication (oral and verbal) skills
Can join immediately (max 1 month)
