The faculty member, as a part of acooperative and collegial campus community, will advise students atthe undergraduate and graduate levels, perform college service andpursue an applied and / or practice research agenda, a demonstrableresearch capability that will enable the candidate to develop andsustain an internally and / or externally funded research program inhis / her area of expertise, publish his / her research in refereedjournals, and actively engage in promoting the College as well asthe Department of Languages and Literature.
