3-5 years’ experience in a similar role : preferably in an FMCG Industry

The primaryresponsibility of the eKAM is to align Nestlé strategywith eRetailers needs by developing mutual business opportunities.

The eKAM ensures proper planning, JBPs and identifying growthopportunities within the channel, along with planning and beingpart of the eBusiness roadmap for the best online consumer journeyon E-commerce.

A day in thelife of...

  • Accountable for the planning and theachievement of eRetailers sales target
  • Accountable for the achievement of set coverage, coredistribution and visibility of the Nestlé productswithin the channel / eRetailers, with accurate and relevantcontent
  • Work closely with trade marketing andregional teams (brand, Digital, Media)
  • Workwith Supply chain to identify opportunities to manage orders anddeliveries, and improve efficiency
  • Team upwith Finance to drive initiatives to improve financial management(disputes, ageing report, and process)
  • Conductbusiness reviews with eRetailers and set way forward to achievemutual objectives
  • Analyze ConsolidatedMarginal Contribution "CMC" and set way forwardto increase profitability
