Providing visionary leadership directing the Facilities Management Business with a profit orientation to achieve organization goals DUTIES RESPONSIBILITIES Strategy Planning Execution covering all Facilities Management processes and defining continuous improvement plan Responsible for Facilities Management Contract Management Budgeting Leadership Training Development and Team Management To achieve results in terms of service delivery cost savings property services set up risk and change management Adept at spearheading continuous improvement enhancement initiatives in processes to optimise resource capacity utilisation Develop Implement Policies and Procedures for management of facilities Develop and monitor SLA and KPIs Implement asset maintenance and repair activities to optimise asset management and carry out asset inspections Optimise facilities management service delivered across the portfolios conclude maintenance and service contracts and administer them effectively Due diligence reporting Evaluate business performance and provide recommendations for continuous improvement business growth Establish manage client relationships liaise with contractors Quality assurance and effective implementation of health and safety procedures Long term review and analysis of existing projects to ensure reduction of life cycle costs and resources to meet business objectives with minimum impact on execution or future maintenance budgets Develop communicate and train health safety and environmental regulations and ensure compliance Company Profile : Real Estate
