Job Role : Monetization Manager - CloudServices
You will take full ownershipof monetization activities for specific HMS products and servicesfor users based primarily in the UAE in addition to other GCC andLevant countries.
You will have the necessary knowledge of bothdigital advertising and user payment to manage different servicesand revenue streams.
You will have at least 5 years of experiencein similar roles, preferably with multi nationals and / or mobileecosystems.
You will be responsible for growing revenue from existingand new users through :
Conducting research to understand pain points and assesswillingness to pay among different user segments
Using data to test and iterate oninitiatives across the monetization funnel
Identifying and communicate value propositionsthat would convert free users into paying ones
Growing ARPU from paying users byreducing friction points and enable different payment solutions andrewards
Scoping andexecuting initiatives and activities to communicate paid productfeatures and educate users on how to unlock more value on theirdevices
Collaboratewith stakeholders on identifying, approaching and pitching campaignideas to existing partner developers to unlock more value for themon HMS
Perform qualityassurance on ad campaigns to ensure the execution matches theintent
Collect &analyze data from different reporting systems to ensure KPIachievements
Analyze ROIof ad campaigns based on deliverables and performances, work withpartners to optimize their current and future campaigns for betterconversion
