Job Role : Director of CRM

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Create long-term strategic goals for achieving andmaintaining high data quality in conjunction with CRM users,department managers, clients, and other keystakeholders.
  • Develop, implement, and maintainpolicies, procedures, and associated plans for CRM softwareadministration and appropriate use.
  • Liaisewith network administrators and software engineers to assist withquality assurance, program logic, and data processing.
  • Benchmark CRM initiatives against best practices toensure optimal performance.
  • Investigate andfix fields that have become outdated due to new business / valuerules, new processes, or redesigned data warehouses.
  • SkillsRequired :

  • Over 7+years proven experience in overseeing the direction, development,and implementation of CRM software solutions.
  • Direct, hands-on experience with automated softwaremanagement tools.
  • Strong knowledge of CRMsoftware quality assurance best practices andmethodologies.
  • Project management skills andexposure to project-based work structures.
  • Knowledge of applicable data privacy practices andlaws.
