JOB REQUIREMENTS Must be in possession of UAE driving license. Should be having a car. Willing to relocate to Abu Dhabi.
Leasing / property management experience is a must. Excellent negotiation and communication abilities. Knowledgeable in real estate laws.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Interacting directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy and rent rate.
Handling the leasing process from introduction to the actual occupancy of the resident. Providing information about the property and the community to the prospective resident.
Leasing property at an acceptable and approved rent rates. Greeting visitors and determining if the property meets the client’s qualifications.
Effectively explaining all lease and community policies to new and current residents. Communicating changes in units leased status to Maintenance Department.
Preparing quarterly reports and analyzes the real estate market trends and conditions in the area. Monitoring all current and future vacancies to proactively react to future occupancy needs.
Conducting follow-up activity with all residents in order to establish positive resident relations. Benefits Salary package : AED 5,000
