Job Purpose : Thejob holder is responsible for adjudicating branch warranty claimseffectively and timely as per Toyota Motor Corporation warrantypolicies and procedures and monitors branch adherence to Warrantypolicies and procedures from TICO.
Job Context :
During busy / peak periods there could be an overwhelmingnumber of warranty related jobs in the service center
Minimum Qualifications andKnowledge : Diploma or equivalent in Mechanical / Automotive or related fieldCertified AutomotiveTechnician
MinimumExperience : Minimum 3 years hands on experience inworkshop repair and operations in a reputed automotive dealership,out of which 1 year is in a training / quality inspectionrole.
Job-SpecificSkills : Good communicator in English; Arabic anadvantage
