MainAccountabilities :

  • Lead and execute JOHNSON’S Baby short &long-term end-to-end strategies for the total Toiletries &Kids portfolio.
  • Lead the development of robustand innovative Integrated Marketing Communication (IMC) campaignsin close partnership with EMEA Regional Franchise and externalagency media & content partners.
  • Influence and shape theregional content & claims to ensure it’s fit forpurpose for the AMET cluster.

  • Lead thebrand’s operational business cycle in close partnershipwith the Gulf Squad (Demand Reviews, P&L and share deepdives to action, Brand & Customer reviews)
  • Lead analysis and execution of total AMET and GulfP&L initiatives such as Cost Improvement Plans, portfoliosimplification and pricing recommendations.
  • Overall brand P&L management : STT, NTS, GP, BME,Brand contribution
  • AMET Tribe Champion Ensure the needs of the AMET clusters are consideredwhen developing content, claims & innovation. Scale bestpractice initiatives and content across the AMETcluster.
  • Responsible for deep understanding ofour diverse consumers by market to ensure that every decision madehas our consumer’s needs at heart
  • Build and establish effective partnerships with keyexternal and internal cross-functional business partners
  • Develop a team of high performing individuals
  • As a leader in the business, contribute to the culture ofinnovation, collaboration and talent development acrossmarketing
