Job Role : Software SupportEngineer
Solve softwareand application related technical bugs and conduct code relatedlevel 1 and 2 actions for logistics and warehouse managementsolutions.
Ability to debug applications builton C#, C++ or Java with working knowledge of SQLdatabases.
Independently own and address andresolve applications issues, provide updates and perform root causeanalysis.
You will provide engineeringexpertise to troubleshoot, modify and engineer software solutionsand configurations to ensure the product / solution performs withinoptimal design specifications.
Conductmalfunction diagnosis, development, tests and delivery inpartnership with the global team and vendors.
You will communicate and consult with internal / externalcustomers to enhance the understanding of customer problems andverify that an appropriate resolution has been applied.
A degreein computer science or equivalent with a minimum of 3years' experience as a Software SupportEngineer.
Showcase wide knowledge of Warehouseand Logistics software management solutions
Beable to provide solutions to escalated issues by analysing anddebugging code and re-evaluation product documentation.
Scripting and programming skills (with emphasis on C#,C++, Java, SQL).
Strong analytical andproblem-solving skills.
