Your main responsibilities will be to plan,direct and implement sales and trade marketing strategies,alongside leading and developing a large sales department toachieve sales objectives, increase market share and profitability.
You will effectively manage sales and distributionoperations through different channels including modern andtraditional trade.
In this role you will be managing anumber of personal care brands, with a distributor network focussedmainly within the UAE also trading across the GCC regions throughchannel partners.
You will develop annual business plansand manage the P&L, whilst conducting detailed KPI andmarket share analysis
Additionally, you will increasedistribution, availability and visibility of the products andbrands with all existing customers.
A key requirement ofthis role will be to forge strong working relationships withdistributors and customers to guarantee retained business andmarket share. Requirements
Thesuccessful candidate should hold a Degree and haveyears ofexperience within FMGC Sales with at leastyears in a managementposition
UAE and GCC experience isessential, as well as regional experience with modern trade,traditional trade and or pharmacy channels.
Preference will be given to those who havehandled personal care / cosmetics brands.
