Enhance the Customer Journey by responding to customers queries via various communication methods including email and telephone to ensure that we are the first choice for their next holiday.
Actively manages paperwork and completes all required tasks in a timely and compliant manner.
Build strong relationships and rapport with our agent, our head office departments and third party suppliers in-resort, including hoteliers.
Wear the customer flip flops and ensure that they resolve customer concerns and queries raised in a timely manner to ensure customer satisfaction.
