Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Serve theCompany’s / guests with quality F&B preparedaccording to established standards.
  • Assistother staff in maintaining sufficient stock during the entire shiftincluding checking all the received stock, make sure that the sameis in accordance with the order, quality and quantity and displayor store them.
  • Ensure that the servicestation, outlet, area is kept clean and tidy at all times and thatcrockery and cutlery items are clean and arranged in order as perthe standard defined procedure.
  • Prepare andclose the outlet according to standard opening and closingprocedures.
  • Comply with and practice thecompany’s established Hygiene Policy and Proceduresespecially in food and equipment’ handling and ensurethat the environment is clean and organized at all times.
  • Attend to Company complaints satisfactorily orseek the assistance of Supervisor when not in the position toprovide solution to the problem and inform the Supervisor on dutyat all times.
