Job Duties and Responsibilities :

  • Be updated with the newprocess / procedures and regulations related to Government Serviceand Employee Service Centre
  • Maintaining andgenerating necessary reports as required by the job or internaldivision
  • Be able to identify staff trendsand provide recommendations to the management.
  • Make outbound calls to staff to provide information asand when it’s required
  • Attend tostaff queries related to Government Services department andEmployee Service Centre over the phone, email and fax in aprofessional and timely manner to provide 90% resolution ofinquiries at the first contact itself
  • Ability to handle staff complaints and enquiries in an efficientmanner by liaising with Government Service Department and EmployeeService Centre when required.
  • JobRequirements and Qualifications :

  • You should hold a Higher Secondary Education withminimum 4 years of job related experience.
  • ABachelor Degree and a Certificate in Computer Applications will bean added advantage for this role.
