Solve critical store operational problemsincluding customers complaints, in order to ensure operationaleffectiveness and to increase customers’satisfaction
Assist in recruiting and selectingshop staff by verifying job-fit and team-fit ofcandidates
Manage annual allocated budget bymonitoring expenditure up to set limits, optimising and reducingcosts where possible and reporting variances versusbudget.
Ensure the stock is effectively measuredand controlled and manage order placement activities to maximisesales and meet stock performance objectives
Prepare management information reports on storeperformance in order to allow informed decision making
Manage Shop events and marketing activities by ensuringproper coordination with suppliers, media, and other concernedparties
Perform other shop related activitiessuch as overseeing the shop merchandising, verifying thecleanliness, display and maintenance of the Shop window, placingorders and other.
Qualifications andrequirements :
3 years of experience in a managerialrole
Previous experience in the industry / retailis a major plus
Strong knowledge andunderstanding of store operating procedures
Fluency in English
Proficiency in MSOffice
Strong product knowledge
Developing and Motivating Others.
