The hotel comprises 214 luxurious guestrooms and suites and 6 four-bedroom villas with private pools, all furnished to the highest standards in a modern Arabic style.

  • DUTIES

    Provides highest level of F&B service to customers. Will be responsible for prompt, courteous and efficient welcoming of guests to the restaurant and escort them to their allocated tables with menus and wine list, answer all telephone calls to the correct standards and deal with all guest enquiries and reservations, Demonstrate knowledge of the menus and wine list and readiness to answer any enquiries from the guest.

    Coordinates with Restaurant Reservations on restaurant bookings.

    REQUIREMENTS

  • At least 1 years experience in a similar position in a 5* hotel
  • Excellent communication skills in English (oral and written). Fluency in any other foreign language is preferable
  • Passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
  • A warm personality, attentive and presentable
  • Accountable and resilient
  • Familiar with Micros system
  • Ability to work under pressure
