Process new tenants by coordinating withAsset Manager.
Maintain all lease agreementsdata and alert the manager on upcoming lease renewals, expiriesetc.
Maintenance report, maintenancecomplaints and all its related issues.
Collections and follow-up to be conducted daily bycalling tenants.
Coordinate with clients onleasing related documentation for new offers / renewals / closuresetc.
To review the leasing relateddocumentations to ensure they are aligned with actualdiscussions / the agreed terms.
Coordinate withother support departments like legal, accounts and PR to supportproject team in procuring the initial requirements forassets.
Processing non-renewals tenant clearance calculation for management approval.
Preparing Municipality contract application.
Maintain ERP system up to date.
Prepare weekly VCI Reports for management review.
Update Asset Manager with vacant unit’savailability on daily basis.
Take minutes andnotes at the weekly and monthly meetings with senior management andfollow up on all task and deadline which were discussed.
Organize all documents related to each assets, includingtitle deeds / Mulkiya, drawings, floor plans, weekly / monthly reportsand other relevant documents in proper folders / ERPSystem.
Addresses and communicated any kind ofissues which are seen or brought up by tenants.
Answers all incoming phone-calls and action themaccordingly.
Complete all incident reports andforwards them within 24 Hrs to the property / asset manager forapproval and further action.
Ensures allpaperwork is accompanied with the correct forms.
Acknowledgement forms, request forms etc.
Job Requirement :
Minimum 2 years ofproven working experience as a leasing coordinator
Diploma in business or any related discipline preferablegraduate
Good knowledge of leasing rules andregulations
Skills in MS Office and knowledge inERP
Strong verbal / written communicationskills
