As a Receptionist,you will be responsible for providing a friendly, welcoming and efficientservice to all hotel guests in line with the hotel’s vision and values oncustomer satisfaction.
And every day to constantly elevate the guest carequality and provide a fantastic service that our guests love.Your day-
to-day work : Ensure the reception area is operated in ahighly efficient manner in order to create a positive lasting impression on allour guest, visitors, suppliers and other external parties in line with ourbrand standards.
Build a good rapport with guests and resolveany issues quickly to maintain high quality customer service.Answer telephone calls promptly and clearlyin a polite and helpful manner.
Be fully aware of all promotions, roomprices, activities and events in the surrounding area to provide accurateinformation to guests.
Ensure check in and check outs are followedas per the Premier Inn brand standard.Ensure payments are dealt with according tohotels standards and the company’s cash handling procedures.
To ensure that all reservations andcancellations are processed efficiently.Identify corporate leads and build long-termrelationships for the benefits of both parties.
What are we looking for?Education and Experience : Arabic language is a must.You will be likely to have minimum of oneyear experience in Reception department of a branded hotel.
High School Diploma preferred.Advanced English language.Skills and Competencies : Customer-oriented approach.Knowledge of Opera (PMS).
Excellent communication skills.Strong attention to details.Flexible, agile and able to work underpressure.Ability to work both independently and in ateam.
