Main responsibilitiesof the role include : Playing an integralrole in new business pitches and hold responsibility for theeffective on-boarding of new clients.

Responsible for thedevelopment and achievement of sales through the direct saleschannel. Write business plans for all new opportunity tenderbusiness.

You will act as the key interface between the customerand all relevant divisions.

  • Managingaccount team assigned to each client
  • Strategicplanning to improve client results
  • Negotiatingcontracts with client and establishing timeline ofperformance
  • Establishing and overseeinginternal budgets with the company and external budgets with theclient
  • Working with design, sales team,creative, advertising, logistics, managers, marketing, and teammembers from other departments dedicated to the same client accountto ensure the highest quality of materials are being produced andall client needs met
  • Collaborating with salesteam to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling
