Bachelor in Computer Science or Similar Fields
Skills & Experience
Al least 6 to 7 years experience in various domains of IT
At least 3-4 years of demonstrable hands-on experience in developing and maintaining Salesforce Sales
and Service Cloud implementations.
Experience in developing custom and OOB solutions using Salesforce.com platform
Apex / Visualforce / Lightning Components)
Expert knowledge and expertise of Salesforce object model, relationships, fields, validations, object and
role-based security model.
Experience in writing SOQL queries, importing and exporting large datasets using Salesforce data
Experience in integrating Salesforce to Enterprise data lake, data visualization platforms (Power BI,
Tableau), ERP through ETL, Rest Services, Connector.
Expertise in creating custom reports, dashboards, list views, perform administrative tasks setting up
roles, profiles, users, email Services, page layouts, workflow, alerts actions, reports and approval
processes, Data management as per Business requirements.
Demonstrable Hands-on experience with customization (Lightening Components, Apex Triggers,
Classes & Visual Force), configuration (Formulas, Workflows, Approval processes, Custom objects and
fields, Sharing Rules, Page layouts, Record types, Permission Sets, Reports and Dashboards) and
Integration experience with Salesforce.com API
