Job Description and Requirements
Performs checking of work permits prior the commencement of the construction activities at the site
Monitors site activities to ensure they are performed according to the company’s HSE program through regular inspections and internal audit
Ensures compliance of site safety rules by making these guidelines clearly visible at the site
Assists construction supervisors in undertaking risk assessments and determine safety work systems to be included in the statement method
Develops safety procedures for high-risk activities and properly briefs these procedures to the workforce for their compliance
Regularly performs audit to ensure safety procedures are being followed as per the rules and guidelines
Prepares daily / weekly / monthly reports as per site observations, incidents, any noncompliance, etc.
Conducts safety training to workforce and even to site visitors
