If you are successful in thisrole you will be responsible for :
Ensuring that the outlet operations and brand guidelines areadhered to as required by the company and the franchisestandards.
Overseeing all cash management proceduresincluding system transactions, control the voiding system, opening& cash out procedure, system reconciliation, daily bankingprocedures etc.
Handling customer queries / comments tomaximize customer satisfaction.
Adhering to the strictstatutory requirements and established health, hygiene &safety policies and standards within the Outlet
Gathering market intelligence and provide feedback to enable theArea / Operations Manager to plan future strategies and action plansto stay ahead of competition, increase sales.
Ensuringcompliance with all legislation and ATG policies andprocedures
Preparing weekly reports and providerelevant feedback and suggestions to the Area / Operations Managerto maximize operational efficiency.
Seeking newopportunities to drive and create additional sales
Ensuring all products delivered to customers are as per brandstandards.
Managing wastage and variance as per agreedtargets.
Managing staff schedules and leave plans toensure optimum staffing at all times.
Maintainingoptimum stock levels to ensure smooth running of operations tocater to customer demands.
Providing leadership anddirection to subordinates towards the achievement of goals andobjectives.
Guiding and motivating subordinates toenhance performance and produce quality work, and ensure that theyare continuously developed for higher levelroles
