Business Suite Oracle Project Management Costing Billing and other Construction Operation Systems or similar Business Demand Planning Proactively work closely with Construction Business Units to develop a technology implementation road map for construction systems that can be a technology enabler for executing the business strategy for the Business Units Collaborate with Business Stakeholders from Construction Business Units to understand systems requirements and identify gaps in systems capabilities related to Project Management Costing Billing and other Construction Operation Systems Business Analysis Manage the execution of the implementation methodology for IT Projects and Work-

streams in the area of Construction Management Systems using Oracle Application Implementation Methodology AIM or similar including Understand Business Requirements fromConstruction Business Units and Support Functions and recommend IT solutions or work-

around s Review system configurations setup and deployment of the IT solutions Review solution design functional documents required for IT implementation Review Data migration Data conversion strategy and execution Review test scenarios test cases conduct functional testing and apply quality control procedures Review User Manuals Training Plans provide support to internal teams Review the design to make sure it is done as per best practices deliverables are produced as per design specifications and highlights any deviations Project Management Manage all aspects of IT Projects and Work-

streams in the area of Construction Management Systems using IT Project Management Methodology IT PMO including Build project plans by working with the project technical team members vendors infrastructure team and business stakeholders to ensure a comprehensive and detailed plan is established Track project plan on periodical basis to detect any variance and take corrective actions Manage project scope and ensure the proper scope control management process is being followed Manage program deliverables and milestones to ensure they meet the timeline and quality Manage the sign-

off on deliverables to ensure deliverables are signed off by the different stakeholders Manage project risks and issues periodically by working with the teams and vendors to identify risks issues and the proper response plan Work with the program team through the different implementation phases Analysis Design Build Test Deploy to build the proper IT and Business artifacts Support Support the business users with issues or service requests related to Construction Management Systems using IT Support procedures ensuring compliance with IT Policies and Procedures including the following activities IT Policies and Procedures Ensure IT Policies and Procedures are adhered to while supporting IT Service Requests and Incidents Ensure IT application change management process including testing development and deployment activities meet Group IT internal policy and obtain approval from change authorizers as per IT policy Ensure IT Project Management Methodology PMO and Oracle Application Implementation Methodology AIM or similar are followed when executing IT projects or work-
