Required for an inbound call center that caters to customers globally especially North and Latin America on Night Shift.The company markets speciality branding cards for special occasions and these cards are highly customizable.

The companys HQ is based in Germany.Main ResponsibilitiesKey Responsibility is to provide quality customer support to customers for product information customization options pricing Terms Conditions order status and delivery schedulesFollow Policy Procedures manual for customer service standards and customer engagementWill be the point of contact for designated customer accounts for customer engagementWork in close coordination with the designated HQ support team for product specifications and delivery schedulesAddress problems with customer order flow shipping delays quality control issues and customer deadlines.

Ensure at all times customer satisfaction is the priorityWork with the manager for daily and weekly deadlines customer satisfaction index issues matrix and HQ deliverablesQualifications ExperienceMinimum qualification of being a Diploma holderFluent in English and additional language both verbal and writtenMinimum 3year experience in inboundoutbound customer serviceWorked in teams and can demonstrate customer service skills
