Transguard Group iscurrently recruiting for Manager - IFS Solutions. The job role willbe responsible for supporting the development of IntegratedFacilities Management Solutions for engineering and maintenance, aspart of a Transguard proposal to clients;
internally andexternally. In this role, your responsibilities include thefollowing :
Maintaining documents anddatabases to support the development of the technical proposals forengineering and maintenance services;
not limited to and including;, utilities and energy management, HVAC, specialist systemsmaintenance and third party contractors.
Logging and maintaining project schedules anddeadlines for solutions delivery
Supporting in the carrying out of facilities assessments andcollect all data required for incorporating into thesolution
Prepare flowcharts, SOPs,bench marking data and templates to support the demonstration ofthe solution for bidding and presentation.
Preparing all related reports and databases forengineering maintenance services solutions including developmentand maintenance of a document control system
Ensuring all Group, local and internationalsafety standards and procedures are maintained for all activitiesand solutions developed.
Ensuringdata capture is accurate and is set up appropriately for reportingto IFM solutions team
Working withProcurement and Legal to ensure 3rd party supplier contracts areconsistent and upheld.
Reviewing andevaluate basic processes, SOPs, material, equipment and providefeedback and recommendations to relevant stakeholders to gainbuy-in on continuous improvement
Identifying improvements for Transguard Soft Services Solutions tomeet the continuing demands of the Group.
The ideal candidate willhave the following skills and experience :
Expert in creating bids and pricing for variousservices.
Previous experience andability to benchmark soft as well as hard services.
Well versed and aware of the current marketrates.
Ability to develop proposal,fill in pricing sheet and provide project specific operationalplans including service methodology, mobilization plan, resourceutilization, etc.
Degree inEngineering / Facilities Management (preferable)
5-10 years’ experience in FacilitiesManagement within and engineeringenvironment.
