We are looking for an Enterprise Service Manager (ESM) who can build strong relationships and execute a long-term strategy with our key customers.
The ESM is a trusted advisor for our largest and most committed customers. The role includes all aspects of business development, relationship development, delivery oversight and program management in those accounts.
We are looking for someone who is passionate about :
Long term development of Enterprise organizations
Engaging with customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolio
Development of long term Cloud Strategy for customers
Identifying & developing specific opportunities and supporting business cases
Deal shaping, including estimations and deal pricing
Contract negotiations & closing
Planning and implementation of a portfolio of projects, including budget & deliverable responsibilities
Mitigation of delivery risks & issues
Overseeing delivery of projects in account, ensuring high quality delivery
Acting as single person of contact for Customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations
Educate customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value proposition

Key job responsibilities
As an Enterprise Service Manager you will be responsible for :
Sell professional services through engaging with enterprise customers to understand their business drivers and application portfolio
Develop bold cloud strategies, including long term roadmap strategies, with senior executives and present respective proposals for delivering these strategies
Influence and lead the customer experience and engagement from sales through to delivery to produce high-quality, business driven outcomes for the customer, often acting as single person of contact for customer executives, developing deep, trustful relations
Identify & develop specific professional services opportunities and supporting business cases
Shape deals including estimations and deal pricing
Participate in, and own contract negotiations & closing, including participating in RFPs
Educating customers on AWS services and translate those into a clear business value proposition
Help shape customers’ cloud strategy, cloud transformational roadmaps and changes in working practices (e.g. moving to a faster more agile release cycle)
Build strong relationships with senior executives and enterprise teams to understand goals and required outcomes
Prepare and present technical and commercial proposals to client CxO leaders

Visible IT Industry thought leadership on relevant topics related to enterprise IT infrastructure, DevOps, IT Transformation, Big Data and Application Migration
Business Development and delivery experience with large Enterprise customers
Experience managing executive customer relationships and key business stakeholders
15+ years of technology consulting / sales experience, with demonstrable global scale cloud / digital / technology transformation experience in customer-facing roles
BA / BS degree or equivalent experience; Computer Science or Computer Engineering background preferred.
Knowledge of industry trends and key customer drivers is a requirement for this position
Demonstrated ability to work creatively and analytically in meeting customer needs
Experience with ProServe contract and statement of work development
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including group leadership and executive presentations
Be mobile and travel to client locations as needed
Regional experience in UAE and MENA
Experience working with financial services
Hands on experience leading large-scale global IT transformation projects
Track record of implementing AWS services in a variety of distributed computing, enterprise environments
Use of AWS services or Cloud services in distributed environments with Enterprise Technologies including Microsoft, IBM, Oracle, HP, SAP etc.
Enterprise Architecture Frameworks (e.g. TOGAF, Zachman) and identifying the relationships between business services, information, applications and global infrastructure assets.
Enterprise IT management frameworks (e.g. COBIT, ITIL)
Broad Enterprise systems experience including SAP, CRM, Supply Chain, Analytics, Customer front end, BSS / OSS and custom applications
Familiarity with industry compliance and security standards including PCI DSS, SOC-1&2, ISO 27001.
Understands the value proposition of the public cloud and has delivered cloud engagements (IaaS, PaaS, SaaS)
AWS Certifications, e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect Associate and / or AWS Cloud Practitioner
Experience working with transformative technology including IoT, AI / ML, business intelligence, analytics.
Advanced Degrees in engineering and / or business preferred
