aircraft related elements of the passenger journey including baggage and ground transportation With your help we ll make sure our airports continue to deliver the highest service levels averting potential problems before they can occur Qualification Education To be successful you ll need a master s degree level qualification in Aviation Management or similar Experience Alongside considerable senior level experience in aviation management you ll need a working knowledge of Airport Operations Airline Operations or Ground Handling and a talent for handling complex multi discipline initiatives You should also have An in-

depth knowledge of airport operations including check-in baggage landside access security and immigration Experience of disrupted operation management and business continuity planning Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills Strong leadership and change-
