  • Handles recruiting, hiring, andtermination of employees in accordance with companypolicy
  • Set standard operating procedures andrules for all administration, HR, and work flow
  • Abide with Jordan legislation and law in all aspectsrelated
  • Oversees attendance and timemanagement functions
  • Coordinate with officialbodies regarding legal aspects of the organization includingresidencies and work permits for Non-Jordanian teammembers
  • Follow up on Social Security,Municipality, and other official parties
  • Conduct staff training needs assessment (TNA), prepareperiodic training plan, follow up on implementation, as well ascoordinating all internal learning sessions and in-houseworkshops
  • Manages insurance contract andserves the point of contact between staff, HQ and insurancecompany
  • Provides daily Human Resourcesinformation to staff regarding benefits and policies
  • Updates and maintains computerized and written employmentrecords on staff, including verifying data, and notices
  • Provides advice and support on HR policies and proceduresto staff
