Lead and manage all aspects of the kitchen operations of5 hotelsand ensure all culinary standards are followed withfriendly and engaging service.
Handle guestconcerns and react quickly, tracking and notifying proper areas toguarantee quality products are being producedfor ourguests
Maximize F&Brevenue andmaintains food cost through proper staffing, training and producingquality dishes that will improve guests satisfaction.
Your experience and skills include :
Service focused personality is essential and previousleadership experience required
Minimum of tenyears’ progressive career in 5 star hotel.
Communicate thoughts, actions and opportunities clearlywith strong networking skills
Ability to leadby example, believe in a strong team culture and set the scene forhigh performance
