Our client is seeking an experienced Public Relations & Communications Manager is an experienced, connected and established individual who can establish, manage and execute robust public relations campaigns for our client.
He / She would work to ensure successful strategies are developed and executed in line with the marketing objectives and contribute to the foundation and its brand objectives of the organization.
Key Responsibilities : Devise ambitious PR & Comms plans in order to raise the profile of the brand supporting the Foundations objectivesCreate and implement cost-effective media engagement plans, maximizing positive coverage across all channels.
Manage media interviews and positioning of the FounderDrive positive press coverage, focusing on quality in-depth articles with leading titlesDevelop communication content and messages that support the value propositions of the Foundation and the various brandsManage and maintain key media relations internationally, regionally and locally in line with the Foundations interest and opportunitiesDeveloping stories and news to continuously push the brands exposure in mediaWorking with the head of a department to develop the fully integrated programme and channel strategiesManage the brand reputation and ensure internal and external alignment.
Write speeches, literature and other composition assignments requested for the purpose of the organizationWork closely with content and social teams with digital communications plansCoordinate and liaise with VIPs, artists, influencers & artist management agenciesManage PR & communication agencies to achieve KPIs Preferred Experience : Minimum 10 years of PR experience with specific experience working in the MENA region is a must.
Fluent Arabic or English Speaker.Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.A team player with an understanding of editorial and commercial imperatives.
Understanding of communications and a proven portfolio of innovative marketing experience.Educated to degree level.Ability to prioritize multiple markets and activities.
Budget responsibility.Manage key relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Strong project management or organizational skills.
In-depth knowledge and understanding of social media platforms and their respective participants (Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, etc.
and how they can be deployed in different scenarios.Ability to effectively communicate information and ideas in written and verbal format.
Ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.Motivated to deliver to deadlines. A team player with an understanding of editorial, PR, commercial and research imperatives Salary AED 30,000 per month
