We are hiring for the UL's Identity Management and Security division a Senior Sales Executive who will be part of the business, and is under guidance of the Sales Manager, responsible for the market in Middle East.
You will be based in Dubai.
Since the Transaction Security market is moving and growing rapidly, it needs to constantly move along with and adapt to the market.
The sales operations team is the essential back bone of the sales organization and ensures that all internal sales operations will run effectively and smoothly.
UL IMS is the independent go-to party for new innovative transaction security technology, for instance for contactless credit card payments or for mobile payments (NFC) technology.
We help our clients to define winning strategies and convert these into useful products. We offer advisory services, security evaluation services, test services and test tools.
Under minimal supervision, the Senior Sales Executive is responsible for new account development and / or expanding existing accounts within an established geographic territory.
This position sells ULs products, systems, and / or services to customers in an assigned territory, industry, or accounts.
Identifies and pursues prospects through various lead generated activities, including tradeshow, direct mailing, advertising, cold-
calling, on key industry players and referral program.
Meets with prospects to understand their purchase decision makers, decision making process criteria, and their needs.
Develops sales presentations for potential new clients. Leads the sales presentations in support of growing the clientele for ULs services.
Responsible for meeting with and presenting to the highest profile / potential clients.
Provides value propositions, handles objections, prepares quotes, and closes sales by getting prospects’ commitments.
Retains existing customers that are not managed by account management teams.
Identifies and resolves a wide range of issues with little or no supervision.
Coaches and mentors lower level staff on effective direct sales skills and sales processes.
Supports junior staff in the identification and evaluation of important customer information.
Performs other duties as directed.
University Degree (Equivalent to Bachelor degree) in a related discipline plus generally eight years of directly related experience.
English and Arabic speaking is required.
Extensive knowledge of company policies and sales processes.
Requires the ability to gain cooperation of others, conduct presentations of technical information concerning specific projects or schedules to senior level management and customers.
Has extensive knowledge of companies products and services.
Significant business travel and work outside of the office required
Good technical understanding of Security and Mobility and Payments is an advantage
