We are seeking to recruit a for a financial services client in Dubai.
This role will provide day-to-day support to the assigned portfolio to ensure customers are effectively serviced, their inquiries responded to and operational situations resolved promptly and efficiently.
Assist the team in building effective relationships and trust with clients / potential clients by listening to their needs and using that information to understand possible changing situations, needs and desired benefits
Educating them about the bank products and services that are most appropriate for their situation.
Investigate and resolve customer discrepancies, complaints and payments.
May perform cross-selling of Cash Management products to customer based on analysis of financial statements.
Respond to vendors, accountants, and auditors for informational request or for verification of information received.
Analyze portfolio data from various sources to assess deviations
May assist in varied departmental assignments and / or projects as assigned
