The Commis 1 is responsible for the preparation of menu items while maintaining a high level of food quality. She / he follows the menu, recipe formats and directions of the Chef de Cuisine, and ensures that safety and hygiene regulations are adhered to.
General Responsibilities Include :
Maintains the sanitation policies (HACCP) as required by the regional governing body and as instructed by the Hygiene Manager
Ensures an organized outlet; adheres to ordering procedures, store room policies and cleaning cycles; gives suggestions on process improvement
Displays an innovative and enquiring attitude
Continuously strives for product enh
