Salary Scale : AED 2000 to 3000
Purpose of the role :
The Activity Coordinator is responsible for serving customers on the zone (store). Planning and executing adventure activities smoothly and safely in order to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and to achieve maximum sales results.
Greet customers, offer assistance and serve them in order to ensure their needs are answered in a timely manner and in compliance with quality and safety standards;
Provide information on new or additional services; identify the opportunity for cross selling;
Give all the required information about activities assessments and care plans;
Responsible for promoting and educating visiting customers about the various loyalty programs.
Job Specification :
Graduate / Diploma holder with 1- 3 years of progressive customer service experience in Retail / Shopping malls.
Other Attributes :
Retail and Shopping center(s) experience and knowledge would be a definite an advantage for the position;
Team player with positive attitude;
Excellent interpersonal and good organizational skills;
Ability to balance multiple priorities;
Young, energetic & good communication skills (English + any other mother tongue) with high maturity.
