Job Description

The financial coordinator assists in a variety of financial projects and activities. Specific responsibilities include financial audit and analysis, creating budget, processing invoices, monitoring accounts receivable and reporting.

A financial coordinator may also participate in special projects such as Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and grant proposals.

In addition, the incumbent will be involved in providing financial and administrative support to the team at RAKMO, especially when it comes to issuing Purchase Requests and Purchase Order, Petty Cash Management.

  • Proficient with cash handling. ? Proficient computer skills. ? Proficient with MS Office Packages. ? Outstanding communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Excellent people skills. ? Excellent organizational skills. ? Highly organized with superior attention to detail. ? Understanding or having prior experience in SAP is an added plus.
