PURPOSE OF THE PROGRAM : The LPM Culinary Management Program aims to develop the future leaders and managers of LPM Restaurant & Bar.

The trainee will join LPM and be exposed to an intensive training that will lead him to a management position within the company.

Requirement : You need to be freshly graduating from a culinary school to apply for this program.The purpose of the trainee is to complete and perform all duties of BOH positions and LPM duties / values, in order for him to become a fully trained and high-performing manager at LPM restaurant and bar.LPM DUTIES VALUES :

  • To respond quickly and positively to changes within your job role, showing flexibility.
  • To attend and actively participate in all meetings and briefings related to the position performed at that time.
  • To ensure an efficient and transparent communication across all departments.
  • To always communicate clearly, promptly and to the right person.HR / TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT
  • To be proactive on your training program.
  • Meet performance (SMART) goals and objectives set by mentor and determined upon accepting the position.
  • To monitor your performances progress with management and key trainers.OPERATIONS
  • To receive training in functions and operations of related departments to facilitate subsequent transferable between departments.
  • To always act and perform accordingly to LPM standards.
  • To have a thorough knowledge of the menu, wine list, digestive and bar list of LPM.
  • To have a full understanding of the dynamic of all positions, the importance of their duties and how they are inter-connected.
  • To successfully follow daily duties and role responsibilities.
  • JOB ROLE SPECIFICATIONSQualifications : Essential : Diploma Professional schools (high schools - Professional schools) Bachelor degree from Hospitality SchoolsDesirable : High performing students with outstanding marks on F&B Management or Kitchen Operations.

    Experience : Essential : At least 3-6 months of previous trainee experience in hospitality brands or French restaurants.Desirable : At least 3- 6 months training experience in a 5 star hospitality brand or Michelin stars French Restaurant.

    Skills : Essential English oral and written proficiency Attention to details, speed, accuracy.
