Managing complete hiring process from preparing job descriptions, posting ads, recruiting to screening, evaluation and recommendation of new employees, setting HR policies and procedures,

Developing training and professional programs, Assist and support internal recruiters with roles and provide guidance and support on their searches

Source applicants through online channels, such as LinkedIn and other professional networks

Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates

Screen incoming resumes and application forms

Interview candidates (via phone, video, and in-person)

Presenting job offers, coordinating start dates for new hires and conduct office orientation.

Supporting the management and providing counselling regarding UAE labor law, regulations and procedures

Ensure thorough and complete tracking history of every applicant progress, contact and feedback

Take steps to ensure a positive candidate experience.

Conduct Quality control on internal recruiters sourced profiles

Requirements

Proven work experience of minimum 2-3 years as an HR Specialist in UAE.

Work experience in Real Estate in Dubai is a must (Non-negotiable)

Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods

Exceptional knowledge of MS. Office (Excel, Word and Outlook)

Exceptional knowledge of UAE labor law
