Job Duties :

  • Welcoming guestsin a friendly and professional way
  • Addressing andescalating customer complaints
  • Providinginformation about facilities, programs and other services
  • Reviewarrival lists to welcome guests
  • Attend to specialguests and answer their inquiries
  • Help preparewelcome folders with collateral
  • Provideinformation about amenities, area and venues and promoteservices
  • Anticipate guestneeds and build rapport with customers
  • Offer assistancewith certain tasks
  • Address customercomplaints and escalate to Guest Relations Manager whenneeded
  • Record informationin the logbook daily
  • Ensure compliancewith health and qualitystandards. Qualifications and requirements :
  • Proven experienceas a Guest Relations Officer
  • Familiarity withhospitality industry standards
  • Proficiency inEnglish; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
  • Computerliteracy
  • Acustomer-oriented and professional attitude
  • An outgoingpersonality
  • Outstandingcommunication abilities
  • Excellentorganizational and time-management skills
  • Diploma or B.Sc / BAin Hospitality Management is preferred.
