The Brand Builer - You will be given creative freedom to develop a strong brand identity for our new and exciting series of digital events, developing impactful messaging that captures the essence of the platform - bringing together game changing communities through compelling content.
This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for all-go-to market campaigns for the digital events across different marketing channels.
You will work closely with the team to ensure all business objectives are achieved and campaign tactics are executed on time.

Job Summary / Responsibilities
You will be the builder of a world-class brand!
You will be responsible for driving delegate revenue based on targets and sponsorship leads. You will manage all marketing channels effectively, within budget and under time constraints, and always deliver the marketing campaign on time.
You will incorporate content and social media marketing into your campaign planning. You will build relevant and appropriate creativity into campaign wherever possible.
You will plan, budget, and implement effective marketing campaigns
You will have full responsibility to leverage the marketing mix for omni channel campaigns; with focus on performance of digital channels (including web, marketing database, email, social media, display and PPC advertising campaigns)
You will dedicate segmentation and targeting plan for all campaigns based on analysis and brief supplied
You will set up products and campaigns in our CRM system
You will work on content such as blog posts, whitepapers, interviews to support the marketing campaign and drive potential delegates through the marketing funnel
Social media management you will manage social platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Youtube etc
You will ensure related websites are fully up to date with the latest content and key messaging is displayed throughout
You will identify data acquisition strategy to grow the existing databases
You will set up and manage media deals with external organisations to ensure maximum exposure at lowest cost
You will design all marketing assets, including event e-brochures, banners / emails etc.
You will provide KPI reports for update meetings with Senior Marketing Managers and wider team
You will complete timely final event analysis.

4+ years’ working in a digital marketing / event marketing role driving online revenue
BSc / MSc degree in business, marketing, journalism or related
You have strong copywriting skills
You are highly digital savvy and comfortable marketing digital content
You have a demonstrated knowledge and hands on experience of Digital Marketing including email marketing
You understanding of direct and digital marketing
You had exposure working with digital agencies
You have an ability to set goals and execute under tight deadlines
